Travis Matte & The Kingpins have just released their latest CD called "Let's Party". This is the 8th CD that Travis Matte & the Kingpins have released. Their first CD came out in 2004 called "Dis ain'tcha momma's Zodico" which featured his first hit "Bar be Que and Drink a few".
The new CD features 13 new songs and what is impressive is that Travis Matte wrote every song on the new CD.

If you did not get a pair of the 7,900 tickets that were given out for the Joshua Ledet concert at the Burton Coliseum, you can still see it and hear it LIVE.
Because of the demand, the concert will be simulcast live inside the Lake Charles Civic Center coliseum at Contraband Days and broadcast live on our sister station, 107 JAMZ. Here is all the info.

The response has been terrific for our cruise with the "Zydeco Boss" Keith Frank. We have a large group that has already booked their spot on the Royal Caribbean "Mariner of the Seas" on January 13th-20th, 2013 cruise.

So you know by now that I love looking for different videos and stories about our artists. Well today while I was scanning Facebook, I saw this video of Wayne Toups. It is a video preview of an upcoming documentary called "Do What You Gotta Do" that will be released at a later date.
Wayne Toups is probably the biggest and most successful Cajun artist in history. Check out this video. It is really cool.
